Delete your account

1. Open the FyreFood app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Request account deletion.
3. Confirm the request.

Enter the email you use for FyreFood below. For your security, we may email you to confirm the request came from you before we delete anything. You can also email connect@fyrefood.shop.

If you contacted FyreFood through a connected Facebook Page, you may also send the exact words Data deletion request in that Messenger conversation. Tell us whether your request covers Messenger information, your FyreFood customer account, or both. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, or complete payment-card details. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting eligible records.

• Deleted: your account, name, email, mobile number, saved addresses and profile details.
• Kept where the law requires it: Order, payment and tax records are kept for as long as Philippine tax and accounting laws require, even after an account is deleted.
