You may use FyreFood's customer services for lawful personal or business meal orders. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, order, pickup and delivery information and for keeping your account and one-time login codes secure.

Menus, prices, availability, order cutoffs, minimum orders, delivery windows and service areas may change. An item shown online or mentioned by FYRA is not guaranteed until the order is accepted.

Review your order before confirming it. Available payment methods and final checkout details are shown during ordering. FyreFood may contact you to clarify an order, decline unavailable or invalid requests, or address suspected fraud or misuse. Cancellation and refund handling may depend on the order's preparation and payment status.

FYRA provides customer-facing information and may make mistakes. Confirm important details such as price, availability, allergen concerns, delivery location, payment and final order acceptance with FyreFood. A FYRA response does not replace final order confirmation or a team member's decision.

Do not misuse, disrupt, probe, scrape, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or try to obtain internal, security, staff, or another customer's private information through our services. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers and the service.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FyreFood is not responsible for indirect losses caused by an unavailable service or information that a customer did not confirm before relying on it. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
