Who we are

FyreFood is operated by Fyre Food OPC, 4th Floor, GCEB Building, UP Visayas Iloilo City Campus, Iloilo City. Kitchen: Ground Floor B, Lifestyle Complex, Jaro, Iloilo City.

Information we collect

  • Account: your email address, used to send you a one-time sign-in code.
  • Orders and delivery: your name, mobile number, delivery address, delivery notes and order history.
  • Profile: details you choose to save, such as your name and default address.
  • Corporate inquiries: the contact details and request you send through the inquiry form.
  • Reviews: ratings and comments you post on dishes you ordered.
  • Messenger: when you contact a connected FyreFood Facebook Page, Meta may send us your Page-scoped Messenger identifier, message text, message identifier, timestamp and related conversation events so we can reply and manage handoff to staff.
  • Shopify storefront measurement: on our Shopify Online Store, the official Facebook & Instagram by Meta integration may collect page and product views, cart and checkout activity, purchase events, device/browser information and customer contact information used for matching and conversion measurement.

The native FyreFood app does not currently include Meta App Events tracking. Our Shopify Online Store uses Meta's official partner integration, which may use Meta Pixel, Advanced Matching and Conversions API. Your sign-in session is stored securely on your device.

How we use it

  • To sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • To prepare, deliver and support your orders.
  • To reply to your questions and corporate inquiries, including through FYRA automated Messenger assistance.
  • To measure Shopify storefront activity and advertising performance through Meta's official partner integration.
  • To prevent abuse, for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you agree to them.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run FyreFood. They may process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments:

  • Shopify stores customer accounts and orders and runs checkout.
  • Payments: Orders are currently paid by cash on delivery. If we add online payment options, we'll update this policy and name the provider.
  • Resend sends sign-in code emails.
  • Upstash stores short-lived sign-in codes and rate limits.
  • Vercel hosts the FyreFood website and app services.
  • Meta provides Facebook Messenger and the official Shopify Facebook & Instagram measurement integration.
  • OpenAI processes eligible Messenger text to prepare FYRA automated replies. Responses API storage is disabled for this integration.
  • Delivery riders receive your name, number and address for your order.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active. Order, payment and tax records are kept for as long as Philippine tax and accounting laws require, even after an account is deleted.

Your rights and choices

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you may object to its processing. You can update your profile in the app, and you can delete your account in the app (Account → Request account deletion) or on our website. We complete deletions within 30 days. Some order records may be kept where the law requires it.

Security

Sign-in codes expire after a few minutes and are stored only in hashed form. Connections to FyreFood are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you notice anything unusual.
